Dr. Jason Thompson is originally from the small town of Hampshire Illinois. He started playing football in high school and was soon sidelined due to injury. After visiting the family chiropractor he was back on the field the next week. He continued to receive regular chiropractic treatment through high school and college football. Dr. Jason Earned a bachelor’s degree in human biology at Carroll University in Wisconsin. He then continued to National University of health sciences to earn a doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Jason enjoys camping, boating, playing football, and spending time with friends and family.

Taylor Bellak was born in Skokie, Illinois. She spent much of her childhood and teen years growing up in Palm Beach County, Florida, before returning to the Chicagoland area in 2008. In her free-time, she loves to be in the company of her wonderful family and close friends. Her hobbies include cooking and baking, entertaining, and watching movies. An avid sports fan, she attends different sporting events often, especially those that involve a certain professional football team from Chicago. She makes a return visit to the Sunshine State at least once a year to catch up with old friends as well as family, and also to take in a few rays of the warm weather she adores so much.

Gabriela is originally from Republic of Moldova. She came to the United States in 2009. She is currently enrolled at Harper College in Palatine, IL studying in business and marketing. Gabriela enjoys watching movies, documentaries, listening to music and dancing.
